One simple word yet seemingly impecccable because it can hold so much power and bear the knowledge of our deepest memories and reminiscence, be it good or bad, to either make or break you.

And just how a single mention of the darker side to someone you deemed trustworthy enough could possibly tear your whole world upside down. It's scary, isn't it? The next thing you know people will be like throwing dirty looks in your direction and talking among themselves because we all know how rumors spread like wildfire these days.

That's not the hardest part to deal with.

The sad thing is that people don't understand the importance of upholding someone's dignity. Of honoring the fact that someone has entrusted you with something really private which is meant to be shared between the two of you only. 

And to think that you actually trust the person......

So,

"Be careful who you trust and tell your problems to,

 not everyone that smiles at you is your friend."

It can and will destroy you.

Secret will then lose its value when we have more people who can't keep the skeletons in the closet. Don't be that person.
